i just got a new bike , well my first one. its a hardtail, im 19 stone, what pressure should i run in my tyres?

    What size tyres, and what do they say on the side about min and max pressures?
    I'm heavier than you and run my 2.1 knobblies at 60psi. I have 1.5 slicks and run those at 85psi for road riding.
