turbo trainers

I have been asked by a friend to help him find a good turbo trainer, I know nothing about them at all. I think he is on a budget, but around the £100-150 mark I think would be the figure
Any recommendations would be great

    Has he tried a set of rollers ? Harder at first but then it just gets better, and you can use your good bike and it improves your balance. I love em :lol:

    I have the Taxc Soft Gel, very happy with it.

    If he can stretch to £175 then Kurt Kinetic Road Machine is a great trainer. Very realistic.
