    Mate is after a new bike for £800 and, lack of Boardmans aside, I steered him towards this.

    incidentally, it has RS wheels NOT Fulcrums (no real difference).

    BUT the blurb says it has a much much better chainset.

    I gave in to tempataion and bough one last neet :D


    I was thinking about a boarman , but the nearest store is 180 mile round trip :cry:

    Saw this post + saw the price = Bought the bike

    Unfortunately my size was out of stock and Wiggle have just emailed me to say it won't be in stock until late March. Still, with 30% off I'm not complaining but it's going to be a frustrating wait ...

    i Ordered the bike on the saturday night, it was processed on monday and i had it on wednesday,

    outstanding service, i believe Wiggle are in Portsmouth and im near John O` Groats

    I`ve been waiting all week for the snow to clear from the road and today it has gone so i got out but only for 5 mins,

    i have no experience with modern bikes , my other one is 25 years old,

    but even in the short time i noticed just how much more comfortable it is that my old steed, i was quite surprised as im 19 stone and was a bit concerned it would snap straight away :)

    but it felt great and left me with a big smile all day and not really wanting to get back to work

    Mine's turned up now (so not sure what the "late March" email was all about) but I've not had the chance to get out on it yet and to make matters worse I'm away all weekend so it'll have to wait 'til next week! :x
