ok I lost the paperwork which I wrote the figure on for my cycling computer... Anyone know how big in MM a 700C wheel is on average?

  • Easiest way to measure it I found, was mark a line on the ground, place your wheel with the valve on the mark.Go 1 complete reveloution and mark it again, then measure from line to line.

Or put a dab of paint on the tyre, do 1 and a half revolutions and you'll have to lines on the pavement. Measure that distance.
    Say... That's a nice bike..

I've never found those measurements to be very accurate - wheels are slightly different and tyres are certainly different.

I always just mark a line on the pavement and check one rotation - remember to be on the bike too as your weight makes a slight difference.
I'm left handed, if that matters.
