Hi,
I use GT 85 in the summer but find it pretty useless at this time of year.
Any suggestions for a thicker "non wash off" lube for my road bikes.
Best Wishes for a Safe and Happy New Year.

I use Prolink Progold, commuted with it through the winter. It is the best of both worlds, clean like a dry lube (but not a dry lube) and stays on really well in the wet. Weekly relubing was enough even in the wettest weather. I've tried all the other main contenders and this outperforms them all without making a filthy mess of the drivetrain. About £4.50, UKBikestore have it I think.

I use Finish Line xc wet lube, it stays on the chain forever

all year round - does the job well.
Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos
