How to take care of a camelback?

ok today i decided i had finally had enough of bottles flying everywhere so went down to halfrauds (had a £20 voucher) and had a nose around
next thing i knew i had left with a camelback hydrobak for £20
So now im wondering are they any good tips to make it last longer ?

after every ride rinse it out, and then once a week pop a sterilizing tablet in it or some bicarb soda.
Should stop any green gunk forming
Can also be frozen to kill nasties.0 -

can these be done with the bladder still in the bag as god knows how you get the blessed thing out

Also is it alright to put electorlite powder and squash in the bladder?0

yup tis fine.. i use sis stuff, along with squash. Bicarb seems to get any of the flavours out too 0

ill just bung some bicarbb in there after a ride then and give it a good wash0 -
Wash it out with bicarb - store it in the freezer0
