Bike Project

Alright guys and girls, im currently been given this design project by uni to re-design the multi-tool for bikes. Because currently they are only able to fix minor problems and are on the whole pretty shit. If you could please fill out this pretty much 40 second questionnaire about the problems you normally encounter whilst out riding that would help greatly in the determining the overall design and function of the product.
