Thought i'd get some advise before parting with my hard earned.........
I want to upgrade my Magura Phaons on my Planet-X Armadillo and was wondering whether it would be ok to fit some Van 36's(160mm) 8)

I would not as the frame is more suited to 100mm forks.

PS. No need to SHOUT and topic heading changed to something more suitable.

If you want to keep your frame , then buy some Argyles 318/409 or DJ1/4X that will suit.

If not then, change your frame to someone that supports 160mm forks and buy 36 Van's.
For less than £200 you can find good freeride frame.
  • i ran mine on 150mm stances for 3 months and did about 600miles fine

felt abit wired didnt climb all too well but downhill it was great
