Headset size?

Total rookie question, so apologies in advance.

Im just looking to swap over the headset on my Pitch Pro. Im looking at the Crank Brothers Directset. I was just wondering which would be more appropriate the downhill or the freeride one, as the differ in hight.

Any hell would be apprechiated :)

    The freeride one has deeper flanges so puts more material inside of the headtube. No difference in the stack height (both 21mm). Just depends if you trust your headtube for what you intend doing with your bike.
