Jalabert won the Vuelta in 1995, so not quite sure if that means didn't quite make it.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

Oh well, Phil Anderson won the Dauphiné Libéré, the Tour of Switzerland, the Tour de Romandie. He also made the Tour Top 10 five years in a row.
