hi very new to this forum thing but hope some one can help used to be into cycling in a big way but that was 15 years ago done 22 min tens etc anyway why i need help commuting again by bike and just brought road bike to train on and may start all over again! :D so to my question want to kit myself out got helmet shoes pedals basically want clothing good quality but not mega expensive help please :oops:

    west midlands but would not mind travelling to the right shop to get every thing under one roof cus worried about sizing other wise would order over net
