lx disc brake alignment

hi how do you alignment lx disc brakes am trying to do my front one they post abe shime less fitting but if put three on each bolt it pushs the disc one way then if i take one shim of it pushs it the other way what is the best way to alignment them ?

slacken these bolts
and align the caliper.
