Hello all.
My employer has started a cycle scheme and I am keen to take advantage. I have to go through wheelies - no lbs for me... - and the Rockhopper expert takes my fancy.
They only can provide the 09 version, has anyone got one?
thanks in advance, great site and advice.

Hi,
I have a Rockhopper Expert 09 model, got it through my cycle2workscheme, cost £850.
I love it, its feels like a very fast, responsive bike and climbs very well, a really good all rounder, plus its nice and light for the price.
I also think it looks the buisness!Giant Anthem Zero : http://www.flickr.com/photos/16349194@N ... 3/sizes/l/0 -
Cheers Jools.
I feel like a kid in a sweet shop with 1k to spend.
What made you choose it? Like you, I love the look but is it worth the upgrade from the rest of the range?
keep updating me with how it is going. How long have you had it now?0 -
I have had it for 1 month, no problems so far apart from a not so good setup from Halfords, but i took it to a bike shop to get it done properly.
I think it is worth the upgrade over the Disc or Comp, much better components on the Expert like Forks, Deralieur, Brakes, Rims etc.
I would have gone for the Pro but didnt want to spend the whole 1k I had on the bike, plus im not so keen on the Pro's looks.Giant Anthem Zero : http://www.flickr.com/photos/16349194@N ... 3/sizes/l/0
