Relationship Help!

I have started seeing this girl that I like and I think she likes me, I've seen her three times now. Last Wednesday I got an email saying my internat dating account had been viewed, yesterday I thought I would have a look and I'm pretty sure its one of her friends! Its going to look really bad if she finds out, she will think I'm still 'looking' and I am not, I was just interested as to who it was.

What should I do?

    Do nothing.
    If she raises the subject, tell her that you've not used the account since meeting her, but your subscription doesn't run out for another [insert period of time] and you can't cancel it.
    If she dumps you, then you've still got your account.
    Oh, does having such an account mean that you're a very sad man or just so incredibly busy that you can't socialise?

    Yeah but I have used it to see who had viewed my account and now her friend will know that I viewed her account.

    I gather you haven't slept with her yet.

    If you like her, I mean really like her, want her need her, make some babies etc. Then drop the account, and chase her. Otherwise carry on looking, using your account dating account if you must, and making no apologies for it until you both decide you don't want to be single.

    if you both found each other using a dating website, then there is still a good chance she has not closed her account yet and is still having her profile looked at? If you are both genuinly interested in each other then you should both close your accounts.

    I reckon her friend just wanted to see what you had said about yourself and nothing more than that. it doesnt mean she wants to blast you. maybe she does in which case go for it, you may be better suited together.

    seriously, her friend prop just gonna tell her that you have an account on that site thats all. just say you use the site as other social network sites. if she dump you for that then obviously she doesn't worth it.

    why are you worried about what her friend may/may not say? just be truthful if the situation arises ( on no account talk about it unless you have something to confess) and DON'T try to hedge around it.

    I don't think she has one, I met her in a club. I am worried because her friend will say that I looked at her account which means he doesnt like you because he is still looking at other people.

    It doesn't matter what her friend says, it's your relationship and it's up to you and your g-friend to take it where you want.

    Why are you mooching round a dating site if you like this girl? It's pretty fair question isn't it, either you're still open to offers or you're not.

    Just don't mention it, you've got a dating account so what. If asked say you got an email saying someone looked at your account so you had a look. You could use it as an opportunity to gauge how she feels about you. Say you were wondering whether to shut it down or not, if there's a bit of commitment then you will. If there isn't any then you might as well leave it open.

    Maybe her friend was round at her house and, after a couple of lambrinis, they were talking about you and she said what's he like and she said he's gorrrrgeous and she said got a photo and she said no but you can look him up on the web and they giggled a lot and got on the internet and looked you up and she said oh my god I hope he doesn't find out and she said .......

    Your options:

    1. ignore it (she'll think you are either stupid or very mysterious)
    2. ask her to forgive you (she'll think you are a wimp or very sensitive)
    3. tell her you are your own man (she'll probably make your wish come true)
    4. accuse her of showing you off to her friends (she'll think you're very clever, or she'll be hurt and you'll have to buy her chocolate)

    While you are deciding what to do, go out on your bike. The mental turmoil is really good for developing your pedalling cadence!

    Now then hoppy, yes, this IS cake stop and any topic is in play..

    I'm sure you are not one of those obsessive people that only talks about cycling when out on a club run?

    For me, one of the joys of going riding (especially touring) is the chance to have a chat with companions about anything or nothing. The alternative would be to have to talk about gear ratios and powerbars all day everyday for a week. No thanks!

    Who cares if you looked at her page. If you didn't contact her then it doesn't matter as far as I'm concerned. If you go to the shops will you look at attractive women - of course you will. Will you go up to them and hit on them? Therein lies the difference.....

    If she questioned you and didn't understand you are best rid of her anyway.

    You could eny all knowledge of viewing account, say it must have been family member (younger brother or sister?) or friend.
