I do alot of urban riding, xc and would like to do some downhill but nothing too extreme.
Im not sure how much i will use the extra travel in the Kyber to justify the weight
There both the same price and have basically the same components
Has anyone had any experience with these models and could offer some some help?

You basically want a bike that does everything! they don't exist - you get 'all rounders', but will always be a compromise on the extreme ends.
Depends what you mean by DH though. From what you say, the Teocali may be abetter bet.0 -
im not goin to be doin DH races or anything etreme like that. But black runs and orange id do on a regular basis0

Teocali, you aren't doing proper DH so the khyber would just be overkill, MBUK took the Khyber to mega avalanche...0
