Now i am going skiing in February for the first time and I was wondering what the difference between ski goggles and MTB goggles is?

  • As I thought as I am likely to only ever wear the ski goggles for the one week, so it would be a prime time to get some MTB ones and use them at skiing and afterwards as well

Ski ones tend to be double skinned so they dont fog up.

get ski for ski and MTB for MTB. Ok i have some Ski that i use for MTB sometimes.

Surely being double skinned and not fogging can only be a good thing?

I am admittedly not up on skiing!

not a bad thing but MTB/MC ones have tear-offs to compensate for the mud etc...

Ahhh that makes a lot of sense, HASTINGS get some dedicated ones!!!!!

You never know that cold wet stuff might allure you.

Gotta be nicer than friction burn from crappy dry ski slopes!
