What happened to Cycling Plus?

I'm not having a moan or anything like that,just wondering why its now bikeradar? I hadn't been on C+ forum in a while and went looking for the site on me new laptop but couldn't find it. Then I clicked on the link on my website and got an error so I guessed it had been taken over by BR. Is the magazine affected by the change too?
Ride like the wind,but go easy on those sprouts!

    Cycling Plus the magazine is unaffected.

    BikeRadar incorporates the forums we used to run for Cycling Plus and our other magazines, but has a whole lot more besides.
