Marin Rift Zone 08 vs Marin Mount Vision 5.7 09...help!!!

Ok so here's my dilemma....
Should I get this years Rift Zone at a sale price or do I hold off until next year and get the Mount Vision 5.7 at a higher price???
Money is tight and I don't really want to spend as much as the price of the Vision 5.7 but I would if it is worth it??
Is the difference in spec between them both worth spending an extra £400 on the Vision 5.7??

Nope, I'm making a wee bit of a snap decision due to it being on sale tomorrow at my local bike shop. The best I'll get is a ride around the block, no chance to take it out on the trails.0

It's better than nowt, and will give you an idea of the size and geometry. Also the rear sus on marins is very critical on the right sag for optimal pedal performance.0
