    There's a concrete facility a couple of miles away which is always heaving with kids. We're trying to create another on dirt land a couple of hundred metres away, but some jobsworth has objected, resulting in planning permission being denied - at least for now.

    What's more worrying is that the 2012 Olympics was meant to leave behind facilities for everybody, but that fund is already being plundered as the costs rise. And money for public facilities has already been reduced to pay for the Olympics.
