Cheating Aussies!

Not suggesting that they were ACTUALLY cheating, but is it in the spirit of track racing to spend quite as much time as their riders have underneath the black line? I noticed in a variety of races that their riders spent half their time under the black and was surprised that nobody has commented on it. GIven that the other riders hold remarkably good 'lane discipline' and the Australians are plenty good enough to do the same, is it an actual team tactic do you think? :roll:
