air shock font and rear set up..

hi all....having problems setting up my shocks front and rear on my bike..both are air sprung..
is there a proper way to set them up or is every one different for rider weight????
all help is appreciated

    You need to get the correct amount of sag (approx 30%) when sat on the bike in your riding clobber & in the riding position.

    The manuals should have a rough guide to start from based on your weight, then fettle the pressure from there to get ~30% sag.

    it also depends on what forks/shocks you have and then what the bike is and its use.

    but set the sag and then tune.
