trails near dartmouth/totnes

hi going down to dartmouth on holiday for a week soon, just wondered if there were any good trails local, i know there is dartmoor just after something more specific, i would like something gravity assisted

    Haldon forrest is reasonably near by ( 20 -30 min drive ) but there are lots of woods etc around the dartmoth area, just go explore :D
    Dont take life to seriously, cos youll never make it out alive!
