Frames clamps for DIY bike rack

Hi all
As I have some spare time and materials hanging around and am quite handy with the welder I am making up my own bike rack for my Vectra for our family holiday in August. I will be transporting 2 adult bikes and a childs bike.
Don't want the frames to move around whilst in transit and are looking for some frame clamps to keep everything solid.
Anyone know where I can source these without buying a whole rack as well?????

I'v got 3 sets of these if any good

They look just the ticket !
Will need 6 (2 for each frame as we are transporting 3 bikes)
What diameter tube to they fit on and do they have a fixing to stop them moving up an down the tube???

Got 6 fit about a 33mm tube as for fixing a self tap screw
