Raceface Chainring

Hi! I have a 22, 34, bashring raceface evolve xc chainset which I want to turn to a triple chainset for aggressive xc.
I was thinking 44 teeth as this seems "average." How many teeth would you suggest? Would I be better dropping the 34 tooth to a 32 tooth or will it work fine with the 34 middle I have already? I am running 11-32 on the cassette.
Also will I need a raceface evolve chain ring as these seem hard to find seperately? Can I use a raceface race instead?

No real reason to change from 34 if that is what you like.
Any higher than 44 and you may compromise the abilty of the front mech. So I'd go 44, as many are available.0 -

If it is all the same measurements (BCD, holes) then it should fit.

yeah as long as you get the 104 PCD version you should be fine0
