Highest monthly mileage of the year so far in May- 638 of which 493 on fixed.

YTD 2331, almost exactly half on fixed.

Quite pleased after maybe only 2500 (didn't keep a full record) in 2007 (and over 7000 in each of 2005 and 2006).

Ain't no faster but age balancing out practice!

    good effort! I'm the same this month clocking up 1,558 miles almost double what I was doing in Jan so pretty chuffed. so far I have had a steady increase every month

    Jan = 885
    Feb = 996
    March = 1157
    April = 1333
    May = 1558

    Total so far = 5929

    Nah its all relative. Everybody has their own goals and you shouldn't set yourself against what somebody else is doing, circumstances are different right. Your achievements in riding are great, shows steady progress and increase in fitness you should remain proud.

    Besides I'm unhinged so there'd be no competition!! hah hah hah!!

    I get up to ride at 3.30am before work 5 days a week and then again on sundays. I have Saturdays off so could do more really.

    .......well.....i was feeling chuffed untill i read Gatsby's post WOW!!

    I just managed to get 1000miles in for the first time ever. :)

    This meant serious juggling of kids, riding in rain, missing Spanish class (all ready paid for Doh!) and commuting regularly.

    What I was most impressed with is the miles in January and February, well done mate.
