decided on this frame as i can use dmr wonder cups to keep my saints however with horizontal drop outs do i need to buy or can i use my power play single speed tensioner?
also can i use my hope prp 2's with qr axles or do i need to buy an adaptor?

It has a chain tug (tensioner) with the frame, according to the listing.
You could use a QR hub, but I'd suggest getting a conversion kit to turn the ProII into a bolt-on hub - but that's just personal preference.0 -
would i need 10 or 12mm (i'm useless at anything that deviates from QR lol  )
why would you prefer bolted?0 -
for a hardcore frame, I'd prefer the security of a bolted hub, done up nice and tight.
erm, not sure what size to suggest really, I think 10mm is standard on MTBs, and 12 is standard on BMX? hmm, something like that anyway.
Ask Nicklouse, he's guaranteed to know!0 -
well i've been looking on pinkbike and i've seen one running qr suggesting that its a mtb rear axle
i'm sure nick will be along soon
oh and another question do you think i have to use DMR's wondercups to use an external BB or will any convertor do the job?0 -
I'd imagine any one would do the job, although I have actually seen DMR wondercups used like that, so I know it works.0

true maybe i'm best spending the extra £10 on the proper DMR one's lol now just need to know what axle i need lol.
what do you think to the frame choice btw?0 -
looks alright, it's not my area of expertise, however I have personally always wanted a DMR transition for some reason. I tried one out with a rigid fork, and loved the way it handled like a big wheeled bmx. But to be honest, I don't do enough of that kind of riding to justify it.0

jumping both dirt and off stuff have recently become a much larger part of my riding but i'm not sure how :P , my only thing is i know my crosser is not an out an out jump bike and i would rather not have it snap, also most of my build is already aimed at being rather hardcore ride0

There are 2 options in BMX, 10 and 14mm. A while ago there was much more around in the way of 14mm stuff than there is today. Nowadays 10mm pretty popular for the weight savings."Melancholy is incompatible with bicycling." ~James E. Starrs0
