    All the ones I tried close to Thetford were either very expensive or had strange rules (you had to bring your own toilet!).

    We stayed here http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/revie ... revid=4205

    It's about 20 minutesfrom Thetford but nice, cheap and they provide the toilets.
