Hi,

When I was out for a ride last I wanted to adjust the rebound dial, I got a click or two but it then completly siezed, I cannot move it either way.

Has this happened to anyone?

Simple fix or do I definately have to send it back?

Cheers!!

if it is just gritted up then you may be able to clean blow the crud away with WD40/compresed air... but most likly time to send it in. LBS it first just to see.

  • Hi,

Ya it did feel a little gritty now that you mention it, I'll check it further, it was well stuck though.
  • Hey,

Thanks for that. That was the solution but I've made a big boo boo, it was still a bit stuck and loosened the screws a bit to so I get a bit more room, the rebound dial came out to far and the the pin inside the shock that moves up and down for the adjustment of the rebound came off the cam on the shaft of the dial.

It won't go back on now as pin is being pushed up.

I presume that the only way to get it back on is to disassemble the shock?
