rachet sound not right

Hello, the ratchets (hope that's the right term), on my rear hub arn't making a nice clicking noise now. More like something is dragging and it sounds a bit rough. Still clicks as well but not like it was.

Any ideas why this is, what to do?

strip, clean, regrease, reassemble. then see.

Sounds like a dead pawl spring or two. Hope Pro II hub?
Cheap to buy and easy to change though.

thanks, I'm having it to the bikeshop this afternoon. See if they can fix it.
