Just turn up and ride
As long as you provide your own food and drink and are not bothered about timing chips you can always just do your own thing at the same time as the sportive.0 -

With my Victorian/Corinthian hat on I'd say it's not in the spirit of the thing to turn up and ride anyway. However, if Steve doesn't come through with his spare place..................! Cake eh? Hmmmmmmmm.0

When is it Steve? I might be interested as I have only registerred for dragon so far this year and I need some practise before the Marmotte and Pinarello Gran Fondo
I will give you two pints of guniess for enrty !!

do it and if you don;t feel so good treat it as a training ride - probably what i will be doing as not got many miles in my legs this year.0 -
