Recommend Bike Maintenance Course in the South east

Can anyone recommend a bike maintenance course in London (preferable north) or Herts?.
I'm after a one day course that covers basics like chain and cassette removal, gear maintenance etc etc.

    I did the London School of Cycling one dayer, held at Bikefix in Lambs Conduit St, near Grays Inn Road.

    Patrick Field runs the course, and I found it very useful & would recommend it.

    Check out his website www.londonschoolofcycling.co.uk . The advice on mending punctures was worth the price on it's own !!!
