Is much difference between inner tubes?

I normally buy Specialized Inner Tubes for my MTB, but noticed Wiggle are doing a deal on 5 Continental inner tubes.

Are they pretty much on a par?

    well i use continental supersonic tubes because they weigh about half that of other tubes (50g each) so its a cheap way to save 100 odd grams off your wheelset. whether it makes me go any faster is a moot point but there you go. as far as punctres etc i haven't found them any different to others i've used in the past

    I tend to buy Decathlon own brand inner tubes - £1.95 for 2.
