1998 GT LTS 2000 / Coupe Deluxe help

I have a 1998 GT LTS 2000, with a Coupe Deluxe Shock on the back.
I was doing some very long maintenance on the rear shock and linkages and some how managed to loose some bits, or it may be just one bit.
I have ordered a new shock form the US but it will not be with me for weeks. I think I could get the part made up but I need measurements for it or them.
it's the bottom of the shock where it bolts in to the frame.
I have the bolt, nut and the two collars, but that is it. I think I am just missing a single hollow shaft that fits through the shock.
If anyone would like to let me know if this is the only piece I am missing and the dimensions of it I could get one made.

Thanks, I have done, very helpful but, do not stock the part, and they only have shocks with light weight springs @£40 witch looks like it has the parts i need they also sell a rebuild kit £130.
The spring on my shock is knackered so I will need a new spring too hence buying a shock from the US with a heaver spring. (I cant find a spring elce were in the UK)0 -
