Im a woman cyclist - I moved to UK from SA - have a mountainbike and a road bike.....spent lots of time on my bike in SA.....lost fitness since moving to UK.in jan08, just had to get settled etc, now ready to loose those exra few pounds ....and getting back into it....im spending time on the indoor trainer , going to spinning classes etc.
I live in Ashford - and looking for cycling friends to ride with....mtb or road.
Anyone out there that can give me some details of groups that will wellcome me to their rides..??

Hi
there are a group of us from hastings that you could try riding with. we ride at around 16mph on a 50 mile weekend road ride. there are rides most weekends.
Also from may until the end of August a groupof us do two laps off road (mtb)around Bewl water reservoir (ashford is about the same distance to bewl as hastings is)
