I'm at work !! but not in too bad a mood as I've nearly finished AND I'm meeting the wife and her bro' for beers in Leeds in like 20 minutes - I'm proper looking forward to a nice cold beer!!0

Today has been totally intense! Up at 8am, Glentress for 9am, round the red and a bit of messing about til 12pm at which point I should've been at work, arrive at work straight from GT, lunch 3:45 - 4 so cycle the xc bike home and cycled the road bike back, work til 9 and now home and has some eats, definately time for sleep as i've got a 10hr shift tomorrow!0
