Hello to all XC riders in Cornwall.
Thought we could tidy up our posts in the same way the Kent riders have.
This should keep us visible at the top and all in one continuous post.
Post anything your planning, to let us all know, club rides - non club rides - solo's - events - trips.- training - routes , anything to do with riding your bike. But no politics! Or post where ever you want this is just a suggestion.

Shame, I liked the lok of Cornwall taking over the rides section. . . . . anyway:

    Dartmoor trip 30th March.

We all should know about this by now.

Travel up by car(s) on mass to meet Yogi @ Postbridge.

    More details on our site.

  • Thanks for a very enjoyable ride ....nice to meet you all at last...and it didnt rain...
  • nice to put a face to the name too!!

my knee isnt half as painfull as i thought it would be! although it did take 10 mins in the shower to get all the mud out of it! and it has swollen up about an inch!
but was good, would have been better if it wasnt quite so muddy up the top!! i think a snow plough would have been better than my tyres! lol!

    Anyone riding Sat,Sun or Mon?

I am gpong to go ring around the LBS' toorrow to find a stockist of bike racks so I can get out and meet you guys!

Easter weekend isn't helping either as everywhere is shut! :(
  • there was talk of a tehidy ride on monday, buit not sure on the exact details, time's etc!

most places should be open tomorow as normal, but have a look in the Cornish Guardian classifide's (iside back page on the west britain for bike bits!), i got a decent double rack for a tenner!

Yeah was a good ride, good to meet everyone, thanks for the guide helen, as you saw ive never ridden in idless before so had no idea what kind of tyres i needed.

You'll be pleased to hear ive found my old fire xc pro's which will be on asap.

Those bramble scratches didn't half hurt when i showered, it was like the death of a thousand cuts

Im up for a ride sunday or monday, tehidy is good if not a tad boring though hmm must be something better out there surely?

Oh had to by 5 litres of muc off as halfords sold all of the smaller sizes
The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.
