I have one called MTB Maintenance & Repair which covers most things though the detail could be better, and as with most of books/vids they tend to be specific to certain brands of components. Having said that, it's still a decent video!
That Shimano one is pants, a lot is out of date and far far too basic (I don't want to watch a dude washing a bike for 15 minutes...). I also don't need to know how to set-up v-brakes etc. You're better off getting the Park Tools book.
