How to true mavic wheels

I've got a set of crossrides and i want to tighten them up but when i turn the nipple the spoke twists.
Any ideas?

  you need a spoke holder.

  pair of pliers? on some form of clamp= much cheaper

  Saw a slot in a 4" piece of batten - cut down to fit between the spokes. The blade is held in the slot.
