How are we all today then? Are there a few sore heads out there SO I SHOULDN'T SHOUT AT YOU THEN EH???

Quite merry last night, dancing in the living room kind of became the theme of the evening for us, easy was up doing a mad dance and even I got up and did some, picc to come which will be dead funny.

New years resolutions then.

I have 2

1 - Buy a house in France.
2 - Enter into a bike race.

    new year resolutions are

    1) lose a bit of weight and get a bit fitter
2)try and save some money for a change....(new bike wont buy itself)
3)stop being so easy going and think more about myself

hehe spot the theme, lose weight / get fit, well I'm on the band wagon. Even went out this afternoon in the rain and got filthy, quite enjoyed it surprisingly.

Main resolution is not to be the one at the back anymore.
It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

    I've bought a new bike....ouch - result
    Can I buy a new bike?...No - no result

enter a bike race (24hr with mates, maybe XC maybe DH)
go for a run / bike ride 4+ times a week - comes under loosing a touch of weight
constantly get to work on time not just once a week
save money instead of throwing it away on silly things / bike items i don't need!!!

    that's it really
last night was alright was gonna ride 4 miles to a house party, 8 miles to another and then 4 home. got a text at bout 10pm though from my mate saying "if the partys good where you are i'd stay there. its 10 blokes here" so yeah ha ha just rode 4 miles there and 4 back, cheaper and quicker than a taxi but i lost a bloody rear light on the way home!
