Can someone reccomend some blocks for my Campagnolo Mirage brakes.

They go on the winter bike so ones for the wet would be good, thanks!

I have fitted Koolstop Dura-Ace style pad holders with salmon pads to my Mirage brakes. You will need to file out the brake slot a bit in order to get them to fit but it is well, well worth it.
I'm only concerned with looking concerned

Swissstop - Available from Wiggle online, and Condor Cycles.
I'm sure you can also source these elsewhere.
    Not cheap, though they're good.

I recently saw that Fibrax make blocks. I was curious to see if these were any good. They're substantially cheaper!

Recommend the Fibrax. A decent blend of quality and value.
  • Just bumping an old thread - can anyone recommend replacement pads for Campagnolo Mirage 2006 brakes. I only need 2 don't want to pay Campagnolo prices, but reading t'internet, no clear idea of what fits these older non skeleton brakes?

    Thanks

Check out seller bikefridge on ebay - they do cheap sets of alloy pad holders and cartridge pads @ £6.49/pr. Pads are a bit naff, but you can easily exchange them for better ones from Fibrax or Koolstop.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
  • Just the ticket, thanks for the info
