steel frame ideas!

Any ideas for a steel road frame that could also be used for very light touring (just bar bag and saddle bag)? budget for frame only - £650 ish. I'd like something a bit unusual but classic looking. Bike would mostly be used for fast 20 mile per day commuting and longer weekend rides. Thanks!
