  • Currently a photo of Caroline Alexander leading the 2002 Commonwealth Games road race at Rivington, with Nicole Cooke (eventual winner) in forth place. I have my Mac set to display a different photo from a folder of cycling images everytime it's started up.

I seem to have built up quite a collection of girls in lycra shorts

I always download the latest Ordnance Survey monthly wallpaper from here. It seems that they may be running out of photographs though, so I don't know if the service will continue. It's worth looking through the old wallpaper images because they have some stunning pictures of scenic UK locations. Obviously the old calendar sections are no longer any use.

Right click on it, press save picture, and it's yours!

I notice the file is called TheAlpeSept06, which is exaclty when I climbed it. In fact, if you zoom in on turn 3, you can just see me! (ok, that is a lie)

Thanks Ken, you and I now have the same desktop background.
