I bought my brother a Powerball off Amazon the other day. A good workout for wrists and forearms (no giggling at the back!). Good idea for the fitness fan who has everything. He rates it and I'm looking forward to trying it when I see him. Funny gadget from what I can tell.

ive got one, they are excellent. need to remember to use mine more often though. It could supplement my gym going!
