Which Inner Tube

So many to choose from.
but which is a constant performer as to withstanding punctures better than others?
and is that slime filled mofo any good?

    I use slime tubes and they are going strong after more thorns then I care to remember. Id recommend them for XC use.

    XC and Street Mostly, but a bit of DH at speed.

    Is there a decent good all rounder that I can get as spares.

    well for XC i tend to use narrower tyres than for DH and for street i like nice thick tubes to resist puntures.

    So any really as you will not be getting the best of any.
