Annoying "next/previous topic"

Hi,

Am I missing something here but when I've scrolled down and read a page in a topic are they no "View previous topic :: View next topic" links at the bottom of the page?

I keep having to page up to the top, very annoying! :(

Anyone seen these links at the bottom? Or are they missing?

If they are missing can the techy peeps add them please.... :idea:

    Seems everyone else is happy with scrollling to the top of the page?

    Does anyone from the "office" read these posts at all?

    Yeah, they do, but they seem to be not so good at responding recently....

    I imagine it's not as big a problem as it would have been before tabbed browsing became so ubiquitous - I rarely need/want to go to the next topic in the same tab as the current one, because I've already gone through and opened everything interesting-looking in individual tabs beforehand. (this isn't an attempt at explaining away your problem, just an indication of why it might not have been noticed before).

    We have been a bit tardy of late in this area of the forum.

    I'll put this on the list of updates, so that it's at least in there. The next month or two might be slow for site updates, but then they'll start to happen fairly quickly.

    Thanks for adding this to the list, I know that you'll have a pecking order of things to do and and this is a "nice to have" not a "it's broke" item so it may take time to be done, but at least it's on now!

    Yes, it's always important to get it on the list. We do need to turn our attention to some broken bits now, though.
