Thanks to Supersonic for advising me on what to do re do i do the bike up or get a new one. I have decided to get some RS Reba forks.

Was thinking of getting a Thompson elite seat post, race face or easton stem. Chris king headset.

Possible new tyres that are lighter than the blue groove and nevagal.
