If it's the course they used in 2005 then it's this:

Start on old Raglan-Abergavenny road, about 5 miles from Abergavenny. Ride towards Abergavenny and turn left at big RAB onto DC back to Raglan. Ride to Raglan then join A40 to Monmouth, go through tunnel, then immediately turn left and double back over the A40 and through Mitchel Troy. Rejoin A40 after Mitchel Troy, leave A40 at Raglan and join DC to Abergavenny (crossing RAB at Raglan). Ride to (Hardwick?) RAB at Abergvenny, turn and repeat leg to Monmouth and back another twice. After final time at Hardwick RAB, take old road back towards Raglan and finish not far from start. abut 5miles along towards Raglan.

    Hope that helps

Yep that's the course. Should be fast as well! What time did you do two years ago Ruth?

If you've got somebody feeding you the best place is at the top of the hill just past Raglan Castle. You pass it twice each lap and you'll be going slow at that point so easier to pass up bottles.
  • Found it on the CTT site not 2 mins ago but thanks.

To Mark Alexander, who was asking about the various courses (which are no longer on the WCA site at the moment): they are all here:
