All me stuffs come this morning, anyone else doing it?

Its my first ever group ride, also never been anywhere near 55 miles, so quite daunted by the prospect.

Still, its 12 weeks away yet and if I build up over each weekend, it should be OK! :?

It's a good ride, probably one of the best of its kind, can't wait for it too!

OK, game on, I'll have ridden the BHF ride earlier in September, so it will be a good follow on from that.

Yep - its a good end of season ride. Surprisingly tiring given that its half the length of some of the tougher cyclosportifs. It's those last small hills as you come back in to Stoke that really take it out of you - just when you think you've nearly finished.

One word of warning - the car parks are NOT free on a Sunday. A lot had not bought tickets last year, thinking that there must have been an agreement with the council and the traffic wardens were having a ball...

I'm giving it a crack, though i haven't decided which bike yet double or tripple.
