has/does anyone use thses things?

like what Ullrich used to have on his nose!?

i was wondering whether or not to try them, as during TT's esp., i usually ride with my nose "flared" to try and take in more oxygen!

are these strips worth it, or are they just for show!?

thanks!

    It's for the show...

The only way you can let more air going in your nose is to drill your nasal way with a 3/4 inch bit!! By the way don't try it!

I think breathing with mouth instead of nose will be more effective...

I think those poncy footballers started it all. I'm not convincd but I can only assume that the psycological value of you 'thinking' that it helps may be the only difference.

There has been a number of (proper) scientific studies on these and they have been found to have no benefit.

In fact unless you have some physical abnormaility shortrage of oxygen is not a factor.
