I'm looking into joining a cycling club (if they will have me[:o)] ) in the South of Eng.

Sort of area would be from Southampton-Chichester (west-east) and then northerly as far as Petersfield. This means i could go on club rides etc.

I'm more of a Sportive rider who has a few Gold times over the last 12 months for my age group (top end, but may try some racing in the future.

Any recommendations and any to avoid?

Thanks
People ask me what I'm on. I'm on my bike 6 hours a day busting my arse. That's what I'm on.

The closest club to your house is probably the best place to start as it will be easier to get to their TTs and club runs and socials. If it is too far away, you'll probably be less involved.
